AI implementation for companies

Your company doesn't need another AI tool. It needs its bottlenecks removed.

I go into your operation, find where time and money are leaking, and build the AI system that removes those bottlenecks. From diagnosis to a trained team, with the system running in-house.

The problem

Everyone already knows AI matters. Almost nobody knows where it pays for itself.

Most companies have tried something: a chat subscription, a tool someone on the team saw in a video, maybe a pilot that never left the pilot stage. AI became an agenda item, but the day to day stayed the same.

Meanwhile, the processes stay manual. Proposals that take days. Support repeating the same answers. Reports assembled by hand every week. Meetings that never turn into action. Expensive people spending hours on work that doesn't need people.

That cost doesn't show up as a line called bottleneck in your P&L. But it exists, it grows every month, and it's exactly where AI pays for itself when deployed in the right place.

The problem isn't a lack of tools. It's that nobody mapped where the tool turns into money.

The approach

I don't start with the technology. I start with the bottleneck.

How it works

Three phases. From the bottleneck map to the system running with your team.

013 to 4 weeks

Diagnosis: the bottleneck map

I talk to your team, map the processes and find where time and money are leaking. Every bottleneck comes out quantified: how many hours it costs, what it costs in money, and what happens if nobody touches it.

You get the bottleneck map, an AI roadmap prioritised by return, and the proposed architecture of the solution.

026 to 8 weeks

Implementation: the system built

I build what the diagnosis prioritised, nothing beyond it: the company's second brain, 2 to 4 agents running the bottleneck processes, and the integrations they need, from your CRM to WhatsApp and your documents.

The first automations go into production during the phase, not only at the end.

032 to 4 weeks

Handoff: your team in charge

I train the team, document everything and stay for 30 days of fine tuning. The goal is not consultant dependency, it's the system running in-house with the people you already have.

Trained team, operating documentation, and the system stable in the day to day.

The investment is presented as a proposal after the discovery conversation, with payment tied to delivery milestones. You never pay everything upfront.

What can be built

The menu is big. The diagnosis picks the dish.

No company gets all of this. The diagnosis points at the few modules that kill the biggest bottlenecks, and those are the ones I build.

Company second brain

The business knowledge base with AI wired in: context, processes, decisions and history, accessible to the team and to the agents.

WhatsApp agent

Sales, support or concierge. Qualifies, answers and routes on the channel your customers already use, with human approval where it matters.

AI admin assistant

Email, calendar and documents with triage, drafting and scheduling done by AI, with an approval gate before anything goes out.

Meeting intelligence

Meetings become structured records, action items and scheduled follow-ups, without depending on anyone's memory.

Internal automations

Routines that run on their own in the background: routing, summaries, alerts, reports and data upkeep.

Content pipeline

Multi-channel research, drafting and review with a human editor in control. Volume without losing the brand's voice.

SEO and AI-search command center

On-page, technical and visibility across search engines and AI answers, operated by supervised agents.

Paid media automation

AI-assisted Google and Meta campaign building and optimisation, with approval before any account change.

Custom app or product

When the bottleneck calls for real software, I build the product: a portal, a booking system, an operations console.

Proof, not promises

I don't sell slides. These systems actually run.

In production

The agent answering my WhatsApp is live right now

Eva qualifies and handles my business leads end to end, in production, every day. You don't have to take my word for it: click the button on this page and talk to her.

In production

Multi-tenant SaaS with paying companies

I built and operate a booking and reservations system used by real companies daily, with payments, calendar sync and notifications.

Corporate case

Multi-agent growth system at an Australian marketplace

I designed and built a multi-agent growth marketing system for a large marketplace in Australia, covering paid media, SEO and prospecting.

Demo

From one conversation to an operations console

A single conversation about a print shop's workflow became a working operations console. That is exactly the mechanics of the diagnosis: listen to the process, build the solution.

And my own day runs on these systems: a second brain, dozens of skills and agents working on a server 24 hours a day. I sell what I operate.

I want this system in my company

Growth Marketing Manager · AI OS Builder

The person who designs it is the person who builds it

I'm Matheus Vizotto. Brazilian, based in Sydney, Australia, working as Growth Marketing Manager at VenueNow. More than 9 years in digital marketing and operations across Brazil and Australia, with real budgets and results on the line.

The point that matters for your company: I build AI systems every day, and I operate my own in production. The agent answering my WhatsApp, the SaaS with paying customers, the pipelines running unattended on a server. When I propose an architecture for your business, it comes from someone who builds and maintains this for real, not from a trends deck.

And because the diagnosis is mine and the build is mine, nothing gets lost in a handover. The person who understood your bottleneck is the same person who delivers the system that removes it.

This makes sense for your company if:

  • Your operation has repetitive processes eating hours of expensive people: proposals, support, reports, follow-ups.
  • The business runs on WhatsApp, spreadsheets and systems that don't talk to each other, and rework became routine.
  • You want measurable results in a real process, not an AI pilot for the sake of saying you have one.
  • You want the system running in-house, with your team trained, without eternal consultant dependency.

It doesn't make sense if:

  • You want an off-the-shelf chatbot installed in a week.
  • You're looking for an AI course or team training. That path exists, but it's a different product.
  • You want to outsource the whole operation forever instead of owning the system with your team.
  • Nobody on the team would have time to talk to me during the diagnosis.

If you saw yourself in the first list, the discovery call is the next step.

Frequently asked questions

What companies ask before booking.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what the diagnosis finds. The investment is presented as a proposal, with payment tied to delivery milestones: you never pay everything upfront, and I never work waiting only for the end. The first conversation is free and there is no on-the-spot quote, on purpose: before talking numbers I need to understand your operation.

Why start with a diagnosis instead of building right away?

Because AI deployed on the wrong process is money burned. The diagnosis quantifies what each bottleneck costs in hours and money, and the build plan comes anchored in your own numbers, not in generic promises. It's also your protection: you see the full map before deciding to build.

Do we need to replace the systems we already use?

No. The system is built on top of what already exists: your CRM, your WhatsApp, your Google Workspace, your documents. The rule is integrate, not replace. A tool swap only enters if the diagnosis shows the tool itself is the bottleneck.

What about our company's data?

The data stays with the company, in the company's accounts. Anything sensitive goes through a human approval gate before leaving: no agent sends an email, touches a campaign or answers a customer without the approval rules we define together. Risky unsupervised automation is out of scope.

Who executes the project?

I do. The person who runs the diagnosis and designs the architecture is the one who builds, with my agents working alongside and specialist contractors when the scope calls for it. You don't talk to a salesperson who hands the project to a junior.

Does it work remotely?

Yes. The diagnosis runs on conversations with the team plus forms, and the build is remote by nature. I'm based in Sydney and work with companies in Australia and Brazil. On-site can be arranged when it makes sense.

How soon do we see results?

The full engagement takes about 3 months from diagnosis to handoff. But the first automations go into production during the implementation phase, so the team starts feeling the relief before the project ends.
