Build your AI OS with me, side by side.
1:1 · In English · In your real business
A course is you alone against the screen. Here it's me by your side, week after week, building your system in your real case: Obsidian, Claude Code and a team of agents running in parallel. You don't watch. You build, with me alongside you.

The problem
You've tried to build this on your own. And got stuck halfway.
You watched the videos, read the tutorials, maybe even bought a course. You started excited. Set up a handful of folders in Obsidian, installed Claude Code, and then came the first error no one explained. You got stuck. The tab stayed open on a promise that never left the page.
The problem isn't a lack of information. There's plenty of it, most written for people who code. The problem is that no one builds it in your case, with you beside them, unblocking you when you get stuck. Generic content teaches you the general. Your business is specific.
And time passes. Every week you spend trying on your own is a week doing everything by hand, while you know you could have a system running for you.
It's not a lack of will or ability. It's a lack of someone who's already done it, by your side.
The turn
Now imagine building with someone who does this every day.
Every week you sit down with me, live, and we build a piece of your system on your real case. When you get stuck, I unblock you on the spot. When you don't know where to go, I've been there and show you the way.
You don't talk to a chat that forgets everything. You build a system that knows your work: your clients, your projects, how you write. And it's not just one agent. It's a team of agents working in parallel, each handling a part, while you coordinate instead of doing everything by hand.
You also start from my real code, the same code that runs my day. Instead of spending months getting it wrong, you adapt what already works to your business, with me explaining the why of every line.
It's the difference between trying alone against the screen and building side by side with someone who's already got there.
How it works
Real mentorship is 1:1. No class, no recorded lesson, no fending for yourself.
Live 1:1 sessions, every week
One session a week, just you and me, live. No class, no one holding you back, no generic recorded lesson. The agenda for each session comes from your case, from what you need to build that week.
Built in your business, not in a showcase example
No pretend project. We build the system pointed at your real work: your clients, your projects, your content, your operation. You walk out with something you use the next day.
Support between sessions
Stuck mid-week? You message me. A 1:1 mentorship isn't only the hour on the call, it's having someone to unblock you when the system complains and you don't know why.
Every session recorded for you
Every session is yours to rewatch whenever you want. You build live with me and still keep the record of everything we decided and why.

What we build together
12 weeks to build the whole system, with access to my code.
One session a week. The whole system, step by step: your second brain, a team of agents in parallel, automation, and my real systems adapted live to your business.
Week 01
Deep diagnosis and system architecture
We go deep into your business and design the entire system from the top, not just one folder. Where the AI fits, where it doesn't, and the outcome we're chasing.
Week 02
Vault as a living system
Your Obsidian stops being a digital notebook and becomes the brain of the system, structured so the AI can read, write and keep everything organised on its own.
Week 03
Context, identity and memory
The context files and the memory layer that make the AI know you, your work and your decisions. The system gets more useful every week instead of forgetting everything.
Week 04
Claude Code inside your work
Installation, configuration and operation the way a pro uses it. The AI acting directly on your files, projects and flows. No code, step by step.
Week 05
First custom subagent
We build the first agent pointed at a real pain of yours. Working, solving, in your case.
Week 06
Tour through my real systems
I open my actual repositories, skills, agents and hooks that run my day, and explain the architecture from the inside. You get access and understand the why of every piece.
Week 07
Multi-agent: your first swarm
Several agents with different jobs working in parallel on the same task. Real orchestration. You stop being the bottleneck and start coordinating.
Week 08
Adapting my code to your case
We take a skill of mine and customise it live for your business. The value isn't the file, it's me by your side explaining the why of each line so you can work it on your own afterwards.
Week 09
Pipelines and automation that runs itself
Hooks, scheduling and agents that fire without you. The repetitive work comes off your shoulders and becomes a flow that runs even when you're not in front of the screen.
Week 10
Integrated system: everything talking
Vault, agents and automations become one thing. The pieces stop living separately and start operating as a single system.
Week 11
Applied business cases
We point the system at what matters in your day: marketing, sales, content, operations, support. Real applications, measured by the outcome.
Week 12
Autonomous operation and handoff
You run the complete system on your own, know how to expand it and walk out with everything in your hands. In the end, you have your own personal JARVIS running on your rules.

Why 1:1
A course you watch. Mentorship you build, with me alongside.
Mostpeopledon'tstopgettingresultsfromAIforlackofcontent.Theystopbecausetheygetstuckaloneandgiveup.The1:1solvesexactlythat.
It's your case, not an example
A course teaches the general. In 1:1 we build it in your real business, with your folders, your clients and your problems. What you take home is already pointed at your day.
You don't get stuck alone
Most people who buy an AI course stop at the first technical error and give up. Here, when the system complains, I'm on the other side to unblock you on the spot. That's the difference between finishing and abandoning.
You skip months of trial and error
It took me years to build my system, getting it wrong and fixing it. Here you start from my real code as a starting point, so you skip the slowest, most expensive part of the road.
The system in action
One command from you. A team of agents working in parallel.
This is what we build on your case. Not a chat, a system that runs your day. Scroll to see it.

The 1:1 mentorship is for you if:
- You already use AI day to day but feel you get generic results, and you want someone by your side to go properly deep.
- You're a professional or business owner, your time is worth a lot, and you'd rather build it right the first time than spend months trying on your own.
- You want a system pointed at your specific business, not a course that fits anyone.
- You value direct access to someone who does this every day, and you're happy to get hands-on in the sessions.
It's not for you if:
- You want a magic button that does everything for you without understanding anything.
- You've never used AI and are still discovering the basics. Start with a course first.
- You want cheap recorded content to watch in your own time. There are great options for that.
- You can't set aside one hour a week for the sessions over the coming weeks.
If you saw yourself in the first list, let's talk.

Growth Marketing Manager · AI OS Builder
Who you'll build with
I'm Matheus Vizotto. I live in Sydney, Australia, and work as a Growth Marketing Manager at VenueNow. That's more than 9 years in digital marketing, building and running real growth systems with real budget and real accountability.
The most important point: I build these AI systems every day. It's not a weekend hobby or something I read about. Claude Code, Obsidian, agents in parallel, pipelines, my personal JARVIS, all of it runs my day. In the mentorship you don't get a theory packaged for a recorded lesson. You build the system I actually use, adapted to your case.
The best AI information is buried in technical forums, written for people who code. My job is to translate that into a system you build and use, even without knowing how to code.
The investment
One offer. One conversation to see if it's a fit.

Frequently asked
What people usually ask before applying.
How is this different from a recorded course?
A recorded course is something you watch at your own pace and build on your own following the steps. The 1:1 mentorship is the opposite: it's me live, by your side, every week, building the system on your real case. A course is information. 1:1 mentorship is construction with guidance. People who want company, speed and something pointed at their own business choose the 1:1.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The mentorship is built for professionals, not engineers. Everything is step by step, hands-on, and I'm by your side when something goes wrong. If you can install an app and follow an instruction, you can build the system.
How does access to your code work?
I open my real systems, show the architecture from the inside, and we adapt it live to your case. The value isn't receiving a file, it's understanding the why of every piece so you can work it on your own. Access is for your personal use, not for resale or to build a competing product, and that's agreed in writing before we start.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. The conditions come with the payment link, which you receive after you're approved in the selection, along with the best time for the sessions.
How do I get in? Is there a checkout?
There's no impulse purchase. You talk to Eva, Matheus's assistant, on WhatsApp. She runs a quick interview to understand your moment and whether it's a fit. That goes to the selection, and if you're approved we send you the payment link to secure your spot. Spots are few on purpose, so it's a real selection, we don't sell to people who won't get a result.
How many spots are there?
Few, and on purpose. Since it's individual and live, I can only take a limited number of people at a time without losing quality. When it fills, there's a waitlist.
How soon do I see results?
You walk out of the first sessions with parts of the system already working, because we build it piece by piece on your case. You don't need to finish everything to start using it.
Youcankeeptryingonyourown.Orbuildsidebysidewithsomeonewho'salreadygotthere.
On one side, another course left half-finished and the system that never left the page. On the other, weekly sessions with me building your AI OS on your real case, until it's actually running.
