AI implementation, from diagnosis to a running system
I go into your operation, find where time and money are leaking, and build the AI system that removes those bottlenecks. For companies: from diagnosis to a trained team, with the system running in-house. For you: the 1:1 mentorship to build your AI OS side by side.
What is AI implementation for companies?
It is a three-phase consultancy: a diagnosis that maps and quantifies the bottlenecks in your operation, a build where AI agents and automations go into production during the phase, and a handoff with your trained team in charge. The result is the system running in-house.
Everyone already knows AI matters. Almost nobody knows where it pays the bill. That is why the work starts with the diagnosis, not the tool: every bottleneck comes out quantified in hours and in money before anything is built, and the build is prioritised by return. Billing is by delivery milestone, and the stated goal is no consultant dependency.
How does the process work?
Three phases. From the bottleneck map to the system running with your team.
| Phase | What happens | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Diagnosis | I talk to your team, map the processes and find where time and money are leaking. Every bottleneck comes out quantified: how many hours it costs, what it costs in money, and what happens if nobody touches it. | The bottleneck map, an AI roadmap prioritised by return, and the proposed architecture of the solution. |
| 2. Implementation | I build what the diagnosis prioritised, nothing beyond it: the company's second brain, 2 to 4 agents running the bottleneck processes, and the integrations they need, from your CRM to WhatsApp and your documents. | The first automations go into production during the phase, not only at the end. |
| 3. Handoff | I train the team, document everything and stay for 30 days of fine tuning. The goal is not consultant dependency, it's the system running in-house with the people you already have. | Trained team, operating documentation, and the system stable in the day to day. |
What can be built?
Nine solution fronts. The diagnosis decides which ones enter your scope, prioritised by return.
Every front is detailed on the AI implementation page, including what goes into production in each one.
Who I work with
Companies with a running operation
Everyone already knows AI matters. Almost nobody knows where it pays the bill. The diagnosis finds where time and money are leaking in your operation, and the build removes the bottlenecks one by one.
Owners and operators
The promise is saving time: emails, quotes, bookings, reporting. Systems that run overnight and remove the boring manual work, with approval before any change.
People building their own system
The 1:1 mentorship builds your AI OS on your real case, side by side, every week. Obsidian, Claude Code and a team of agents running in parallel.

Process
How a typical engagement works
Growth audit
We start by mapping your current funnel, channels, and team. I look for the highest-leverage gaps between where you are and where the data says you should be.
Strategy and roadmap
Based on the audit, I build a prioritised 90-day roadmap. Not a wish list, just a ranked set of initiatives with expected impact and effort, tied to your actual growth goals.
Execution
Depending on scope, I either run execution directly or work alongside your team. I build the systems, not just the strategy, so the work keeps running after the engagement ends.
Review and compound
Monthly reviews track what moved, what didn't, and what to do next. Over time, the system compounds: better data, better decisions, faster iterations.
Background
What nine years of building systems looks like
I started my marketing career in Brazil, working at fast-growth marketplaces and travel companies where growth was life or death. At Aiqfome, Brazil's largest food delivery marketplace outside São Paulo, I ran performance marketing and growth campaigns at scale. At Hurb, one of Brazil's biggest online travel agencies, I worked on acquisition and lifecycle marketing across multiple channels.
After relocating to Australia, I joined VenueNow as a growth marketing contractor, leading the full marketing function across SEO, paid media, content, email, and AI implementation. VenueNow is Australia's largest venue booking marketplace.
Alongside that, I run Mindex Studio, an AI-powered digital agency based in Sydney, and publish free resources, Claude Code skills, and practical writing on AI marketing at this site.
My consulting work draws directly from this operational experience. I don't advise from theory. I work from the same systems I've built and run at scale.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How does AI implementation for companies work?
In three phases: a diagnosis mapping the bottlenecks in your operation, a build where AI agents and automations go into production along the way, and a handoff with your team trained and in charge. Systems running in your operation, not slides.
Do you also work with individuals?
Yes. The 1:1 mentorship is live, every week, building your AI OS in your real case with Obsidian, Claude Code and a team of agents running in parallel. Spots open by selection.
Do you work with companies outside Sydney?
Yes. While I'm based in Sydney, I work with startups and scale-ups across Australia and remotely. Most engagements are a mix of async collaboration and regular video calls.
What industries do you specialise in?
My experience is deepest in marketplaces, SaaS, and product-led growth companies. I've built growth systems at Aiqfome (food delivery marketplace), Hurb (travel), and VenueNow (venue booking marketplace). I also work with B2B SaaS startups building their first structured growth function.
How is AI involved in your consulting work?
AI sits at the centre of how I work. I build Claude Code skills and AI workflows that automate research, content production, SEO analysis, reporting, and campaign management. This means clients get faster output, more consistent quality, and a team that compounds its capabilities over time.
What is your engagement model?
Engagements start with the diagnosis: I map where time and money are leaking in your operation before anything is built. The build is scoped from that map and billed by delivery milestones, and it ends with a handoff to your trained team. An optional retainer keeps me close after.
Implementation or 1:1 mentorship?
| Implementation for companies | 1:1 mentorship | |
|---|---|---|
| Who builds | I build the system in your operation, with your team trained at handoff. | You build your own system, with me by your side, with my own code. |
| Format | Three phases: diagnosis, implementation, handoff. Billed by delivery milestone. | 12 weekly 1:1 live sessions, on your real case. |
| Outcome | An AI system running in-house: agents, automations and the company's second brain. | Your AI OS built: second brain, skills and a team of agents running in parallel. |
| How it starts | A free diagnosis call, 30 to 45 minutes. | An application, with spots open by selection. |
What is already running?
The agent answering my WhatsApp is live right now
Eva qualifies and handles my business leads end to end, in production, every day. You don’t have to take my word for it: talk to her.
Multi-tenant SaaS with paying companies
I built and operate a booking and reservations system used by real companies daily, with payments, calendar sync and notifications.
Multi-agent growth system at an Australian marketplace
I designed and built a multi-agent growth marketing system for a large marketplace in Australia, covering paid media, SEO and prospecting.
From one conversation to an operations console
A single conversation about a print shop’s workflow became a working operations console. That is exactly the mechanics of the diagnosis: listen to the process, build the solution.
